I went to see my fasciatherapist who advised me to keep using my arm,\u00a0which had become stiff, thin and painful. We started therapy sessions together and I returned to my yoga practice.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"font_7\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wixGuard\">\u200b<\/span>Now I am proud to say\u00a0that I don&#8217;t need anymore surgery, my shoulder is fine and made a full recovery.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"font_7\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wixGuard\">\u200b<\/span>After this\u00a0I decided\u00a0to do my first teacher training course in a\u00a0Sivananda ashram and completed my\u00a0200h RHT in<\/span><span style=\"color: #993366;\"> Hatha Yoga<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> in August 2016. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In May 2017 I did my second teacher training course of 300h RHT <span style=\"color: #993366;\">Muti-styles<\/span> in India with Trimurti yoga school.
