{"id":85,"date":"2017-11-29T10:57:29","date_gmt":"2017-11-29T09:57:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yoga-morzine.com\/?p=85"},"modified":"2017-11-29T10:57:29","modified_gmt":"2017-11-29T09:57:29","slug":"bien-se-preparer-pour-cet-hiver-avec-le-yoga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yoga-morzine.com\/en\/bien-se-preparer-pour-cet-hiver-avec-le-yoga\/","title":{"rendered":"Bien se pr\u00e9parer pour cet hiver avec le Yoga."},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\u00a0L&#8217;hiver arrive et nous attendons tous avec impatience de chausser les skis ( mettre\u00a0les chaussures de ski,\u00a0\u00a0un peu moins\u00a0), il est temps de pr\u00e9parer notre corps \u00e0 cette belle pratique,\u00a0qui peut vite devenir un enfer si on n&#8217;est pas correctement pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Certains d&#8217;entre vous le savent, j&#8217;ai une deuxi\u00e8me activit\u00e9 (passion) l&#8217;hiver ; je suis Pisteur-Secouriste. C&#8217;est un m\u00e9tier avec plusieurs casquettes. Nous d\u00e9clenchons les avalanches t\u00f4t le matin avant l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e des skieurs &#8211; snowboarders, nous mettons en place la signal\u00e9tique. Mais surtout nous sommes les premiers \u00e0 arriver lorsqu&#8217;une personne se blesse sur le domaine skiable et nous l&#8217;amenons vers une ambulance qui nous attend en bas de la station ou chez le m\u00e9decin \u00e0 Avoriaz.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Environs 80%\u00a0des blessures que l&#8217;on peut voir\u00a0sur les pistes sont les entorses du genou, viennent ensuite les luxations d&#8217;\u00e9paules, les fractures de poignets (surtout les snowboarders). Il y a aussi des fractures du\u00a0col du\u00a0f\u00e9mur, des c\u00f4tes cass\u00e9es, des plaies ouvertes d\u00fbes aux carres&#8230;. c&#8217;est un sport assez traumatisant, on peut vite avoir plusieurs blessures. Si je fais un bref r\u00e9sum\u00e9 je pense que beaucoup de blessures peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es. Souvent j&#8217;entend les bless\u00e9s dirent que c&#8217;est leur premier jour de ski ou bien le dernier. Cela vient soit du fait que les gens n&#8217;\u00e9taient pas correctement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, ou qu&#8217;ils \u00e9taient fatigu\u00e9s.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Il y a aussi des blessures qui viennent avec le temps, les ligaments du genou sont us\u00e9s, le dos en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0\u00a0re\u00e7oit beaucoup de chocs, les chevilles aussi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Je ne dis pas que le yoga peut endiguer toutes les blessures, mais avec le yoga on peut pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 la pratique du ski et du snowboard. Cela permettra de renforcer de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale la musculature du corps. Un skieur, on le sait tous, a\u00a0de grosses cuisses, donc c&#8217;est bien de\u00a0muscler\u00a0les autres parties du corps. Vous aurez plus de force au niveau de la partie haute du corps, vous pourrez mieux encaisser les chocs.<\/div>\n<div>Le yoga va apporter une meilleure\u00a0souplesse aux articulations, ce qui permettra en cas de torsion involontaire de ne pas subir d&#8217;entorse.<\/div>\n<div>Les postures d&#8217;\u00e9quilibres vont aussi permettre\u00a0de mieux appr\u00e9hender l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e d&#8217;une bosse. En cas de jours blanc o\u00f9 vous voyez \u00e0 peine le bout de vos skis vous serez\u00a0plus \u00e0\u00a0 l&#8217;aise en cas de mouvements de terrain non anticip\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Le yoga sera utile avant la journ\u00e9e de ski pour la pr\u00e9pa physique, pendant et aussi apr\u00e8s pour s&#8217;\u00e9tirer et se d\u00e9tendre pour \u00a0avoir ou en tout cas moins de courbatures.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Souplesse et\u00a0robustesse&#8221; r\u00e9sume bien la pratique du ski, et le yoga apporte tout \u00e7a.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0J&#8217;ai fait\u00a0une liste de postures qui pr\u00e9parent le corps \u00e0 la pratique du ski. Si vous n&#8217;avez jamais fait de yoga et que vous faites ces postures sans \u00e9chauffement, de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9cousue, et sans respirer correctement, cela va vous para\u00eetre inutile, et je le pense aussi. Mieux vaut prendre des cours de Hatha Yoga\u00a0pour conna\u00eetre les bases des postures, comment allier la respiration aux postures ;\u00a0les postures seront encore plus efficaces.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Le yoga ce n&#8217;est\u00a0pas\u00a0compliqu\u00e9 en soi, tout le monde peut en faire, mais il y a beaucoup de petites choses \u00e0 savoir et \u00e0\u00a0 respecter. Si vous ne le faites pas correctement vous allez\u00a0vous dire que le yoga \u00e7a ne sert \u00e0 rien et vous allez\u00a0laisser tomber d\u00e9finitivement le yoga.<\/div>\n<div>Le mieux serait de prendre quelques cours particuliers pour que vous puissiez ensuite faire du yoga seul chez vous correctement et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\u00a0Sinon faites quelques\u00a0cours collectifs et expliquez\u00a0vos attentes au prof de yoga, certains vous dirons peut \u00eatre que ce n&#8217;est pas le but du yoga, certains vous diront m\u00eame qu&#8217;il ne faut pratiquer aucun\u00a0sport. Si vous avez besoin de conseils vous pouvez me contacter depuis ce site, je donne aussi des cours priv\u00e9s selon vos demandes et vos sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s\u00a0par skype.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Pour commencer faites un \u00e9chauffement basique : Ne pas faire de mouvements rapides, c&#8217;est seulement un\u00a0\u00e9chauffement.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; faites\u00a0des ronds avec une\u00a0cheville puis l&#8217;autre.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; levez les talons, restez\u00a0un peu sur la pointe des pieds quelques secondes en gardant bien les chevilles dans l&#8217;axe des pieds.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; pliez une jambe\u00a0devant vous et d\u00e9pliez la environ 10 fois puis faites l&#8217;autre.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; mais sur les hanches, les pieds l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9cart\u00e9s faites de petits tond de bassin et agrandissez les rond, changez de sens faites de grands ronds et rapetissez les ronds.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; agrandissez bien votre dos, faites de l&#8217;espace entre les vert\u00e8bres et tournez le haut du corps d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis de l&#8217;autre,\u00a0faites des torsions de la colonne sans aller trop loin.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; mains sur les \u00e9paules, faites des ronds avec les coudes, rapprocher au maximum les coudes vers l&#8217;avant puis vers l&#8217;arri\u00e8re. Changez de sens.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; recroquevillez les doigts, les pouces sous les autres doigts et tendre\u00a0les doigts, r\u00e9p\u00e9tez environs 10 fois.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; dessinez\u00a0des 8 avec le bout\u00a0des doigts pour \u00e9chauffer les poignets, environs 10 fois.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; gardez les \u00e9paules basses, passez\u00a0une main sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la t\u00eate, \u00e0 l&#8217;expiration \u00e9tirez\u00a0la nuque, bien garder la t\u00eate dans l&#8217;axe (pas trop en avant ni en arri\u00e8re) restez \u00a0pour quelques respirations, changez\u00a0de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; basculez doucement la t\u00eate sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 : oreille vers l&#8217;\u00e9paule puis le menton vers le sternum, changez de c\u00f4t\u00e9 de nouveau oreille \u00e9paule puis \u00e9tirez la nuque vers le haut en arri\u00e8re et recommencez oreille \u00e9paule, changez de sens. Attention ce ne sont pas des mouvement circulaire, bien respecter\u00a0les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes et bien \u00e9tirer la nuque en arri\u00e8re ; ne pas la casser. Vous pouvez faire quelques salutations au soleil si vous le souhaitez.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Les postures :\u00a0effectuez &#8211; les dans cet ordre, toujours commencer la posture en douceur, restez bien concentr\u00e9 sur votre respiration, apr\u00e8s quelques respirations vous pouvez aller un peu\u00a0plus loin dans la posture. Vous compter le nombre de respations, ensuite changer de postures ou de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div>Restez bien \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9coute de ce qu&#8217;il se passe dans votre corps. Si vous avez une douleur ou si\u00a0vous avez mal quelque\u00a0part c&#8217;est que vous ne fa\u00eetes pas correctement la posture. Alors rel\u00e2chez doucement la posture soit un peu, soit totalement, et allongez vous sur le dos en respirant bien profond\u00e9ment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Chat \/ Vache :\u00a0inspirez, creusez la colonne, ouvrez les \u00e9paules et regardez vers le haut puis expirez, arrondissez la colonne, le menton vers le sternum.<\/div>\n<div class=\"cke_widget_wrapper cke_widget_block
