Having been born and raised in the French Alps surrounded by beautiful mountains and lakes I have been very connected to nature since childhood.

As soon as i turned 18 my curiosity propelled me to start travelling and discovering other countries.

My first trip to India in 2011 was when I first discovered yoga which inspired me greatly and first set me on this journey of discovery and learning.

The following few years I continued to practice daily and whenever possible I returned to India to continue my education.

One winter during my job in the mountains as a ski patroller I dislocated my shoulder and I had to stop yoga for a while. Doctors told me the only solution was to have a surgery and stay 6 months without moving my arm. I went to see my fasciatherapist who advised me to keep using my arm, which had become stiff, thin and painful. We started therapy sessions together and I returned to my yoga practice.

Now I am proud to say that I don’t need anymore surgery, my shoulder is fine and made a full recovery.

After this I decided to do my first teacher training course in a Sivananda ashram and completed my 200h RHT in Hatha Yoga in August 2016. In May 2017 I did my second teacher training course of 300h RHT Muti-styles in India with Trimurti yoga school. After my pregnancy I did a training in Baby Yoga & Post-natal and Restorative Yoga with AliaOm in may 2019 and I complete my training in Pregnancy & Post-natal Yoga with doctor de Gasquet in  november 2019.

I am teaching group lessons at the hotel “Le Petit Dru” and am also available for private class in the comfort of your home.
